Turnaround Time (TAT)
All orders have a turnaround time of 1–14 business days, depending on the item. Please note this does not include shipping transit time.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are excluded from the standard turnaround time. The expected TAT for pre-orders will always be listed on the product page in the description. These dates are provided by our vendors/suppliers and are subject to change at their discretion.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please remember that carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are outside of our control.
